## Who we are

### Kidoova: free activities for children and parents

Kidoova is an always-free website for parents and caregivers to try practical activities with children ages 3–13. The current library has 15 activities adapted for ages 3–5, 6–9, and 10–13. Families can practice making decisions, trying again, talking with others, exploring interests and strengths, and handling worries. Public articles and the parent guide are available without signing in. A parent account saves child profiles, completed activities, optional notes, and practice points.

## Why we matter

### Activities families can use without pressure

Kidoova gives parents clear instructions for activities they can try with their child in ordinary family life. The approach is to choose together, offer useful help without taking over, and talk about what happened afterward. Children can watch, ask for help, stop, or revisit a favorite. Parents do not need to finish the library or maintain a streak. Practice totals record activity use; they do not measure confidence, rank children, diagnose a condition, or establish a clinical outcome.

## What we offer

### Always\-free activities, parent guide, and parenting articles

Kidoova is always free to use, with no subscription required. Parents can create an account at <https://kidoova.com/login> to save profiles and activities. The library offers 15 activities per age group across five skills. Each first completion awards 10 practice points, up to 150 in the current library; notes and mood answers are optional and do not change points. The public parent guide at <https://kidoova.com/guide/> explains the activity process. The article library at <https://kidoova.com/resources/> contains 21 articles, credited to Captain Kidoova, covering everyday parenting situations with practical examples and background source links.

## Helpful knowledge

### Does Kidoova cost anything, and do I need an account?

Kidoova is always free to use. No paid plan or subscription is required. Anyone can read the parent guide and parenting articles without an account. A parent or caregiver signs in to create child profiles and save activity history, practice points, and optional reflections. The activities are intended for children ages 3–13, with instructions adapted for ages 3–5, 6–9, and 10–13. Kidoova provides general parenting education, not diagnosis or treatment.
